First round action at the 2025 Houston Open continues with some of the remaining matches to be played on Tuesday, April 1. Here’s the day’s schedule for this second day of the Houston Open.
The day begins at the Stadium Court with Mackenzie McDonald facing Daniel Elahi Galan in the first match of the day. This will be followed by the sixth seeded Jordan Thompson taking on American wildcard entrant Ethan Quinn.
Rinky Hijikata will have his first round match against USA’s Christopher Eubanks before the Stadium Court action gets rounded off with a meeting between Kei Nishikori and Mitchell Krueger.
Over at court 3, Yannick Hanfmann will take on Nicolas Moreno de Alboran while Michael Mmoh faces Adam Walton for a place in the second round. Colton Smith, who qualified for the main draw then faces Aussie James Duckworth here.
