We will update the predictions for the 2025 Iasi Open once the draw for the tournament is out. Here’s how the predictions for the 2024 edition looked.

  • This is the first time that the Iasi Open will be played as a WTA 250 competition and among those who will be the talk of the town are 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva.
  • Andreeva might not have been very consistent all season but it’s early days in her career and given the talent it could be a matter of time before she explodes on to the scene.
  • Among those with a lot more experience, we think Martina Trevisan could make the quarterfinals while Elina Avanesyan could go one better and enter the semis.
