Mallorca Open betting tips and predictions

Get all the free ATP Mallorca Open betting tips, predictions and picks along with their latest odds for the 2025 edition of the tournament, a men’s grass court tournament that will kick-start the grass swing.

The Mallorca Open is one of the newer tennis tournaments on the ATP Tour, especially on grass, having first been played in 2021. Mallorca had earlier hosted a WTA event between 2016 and 2019 before that competition was stopped and after a year of break due to Covid, this men’s tournament began.

Played as an ATP 250 event, Mallorca Open, the tournament has Toni Nadal heading the event and is featured during the third of three weeks of grass court events before Wimbledon.

With 28 players in the main draw of the event, the top four seeds in the competition get a bye into the second round and the tournament ends on Saturday to allow players a day’s break before the start of Wimbledon.

What Happened in the 2024 Edition of the ATP Mallorca Open?

For the second year running, there was a surprise winner in the form of Alejandro Tabilo who not only grabbed his second ATP title of his career and first on grass but also became the first from Chile to clinch a tournament on this surface.

Tabilo, who had won the Auckland Open earlier in the season as his maiden title, routed Sebastian Ofner 6-3, 6-4 to win at Mallorca.

After receiving a first round bye in the 28-man draw, Tabilo overcame Alexander Shevchenko in the second round before beating Jakub Mensik in the quarterfinals. In the semifinals, Gael Monfils started off as a favourite against Tabilo and even won the first set before losing a final set tie-breaker.

Top seeded Ben Shelton fell in the quarterfinals of the event, while the defending champion Christopher Eubanks was sent packing in the first.

What Happened in the 2023 Edition of the ATP Mallorca Open?

In a surprise result, unseeded Christopher Eubanks registered a title win at the 2023 Mallorca Open. Eubanks defeated the fourth seeded Adrian Mannarino in the final, easily overpowering his French opponent 6-1, 6-4 to lift his first ever trophy at this level.

Eubanks proved to be a gritty customer in his semifinal win over South African qualifier Lloyd Harris, when managed to save four match-points before winning the final set tie-breaker 11-9. Mannarino defeated Yannick Hanfmann in the other semifinal.

Defending champion Stefanos Tsitsipas had a bye into the second round but crashed to a three-set defeat to Yannick Hanfmann in that very round. Second seeded Alejandro Davidovich Fokina was defeated in the second round too.
