The first round action at the 2025 ATP Barcelona Open continues on Tuesday, April 15 with Carlos Alcaraz, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Casper Ruud among those taking to court today. Here’s the day’s schedule for this day of the ATP Barcelona Open.
First up at the Pista Rafa Nadal will be Stefanos Tsitsipas who will look to shrug off his quarterfinal loss at the Monte-Carlo Masters when he faces Reilly Opelka for a place in the second round.
Daniel Elahi Galan has then be drawn to take on the second seeded Casper Ruud in another first round match to round off the morning session at this stadium.
Action will resume at 4 pm with a match between the top seeded Carlos Alcaraz and American qualifier Ethan Quin while Swiss wildcard entrant Stan Wawrinka takes on Alejandro Davidovich Fokina for a place in the second round.
Over at the other court, the Pista Andres Gimeno, Arthur Fils will be the first on court as he takes on Spanish wildcard Pablo Carreno Busta before Alex de Minaur faces Tomas Martin Etcheverry in the second match of the day there.
Frances Tiafoe will be up against Jaume Munar while Britain’s Cameron Norrie plays Karen Khachanov in another opener.
Sebastian Baez takes on Damir Dzumhur and Laslo Djere plays Arthur Rinderknech in the remaining two singles matches of the day.
