The second round matches at the 2025 Munich Open will kick-start from Wednesday, April 16 with Alexander Zverev leading the play today. Here’s the day’s schedule for this day of the Munich Open.
It’s interesting to note that both the top two seeds in the competition, Zverev and Ben Shelton will be in second round action today.
Zverev will take on fellow German Daniel Altmaier in what will be the third match of the day at the centre court. This will follow the second seeded Shelton’s second round encounter against Dutchman Botic van de Zandschulp.
The day’s action will begin with Luciano Darderi taking on Miomir Kecmanovic for a place in the quarterfinals.
In another all-unseeded encounter, the last singles match of the day, another local player in Yannick Hanfmann will face off against Tallon Griekspoor.
There will be four first round doubles matches in action over at Court 1.
