Morocco Open 2025 Tournament Preview
We will preview the 2025 edition of the Morocco Open once its draw is out. Here’s the preview to its 2024 edition.
This is a 32-woman strong draw which lacks the punch in the form of any of the top players. Yue Yuan, who has never been ranked better than 37th in the world, starts off as the top seed but isn’t quite the favourite on clay.
In fact, it will be pertinent to see if she can even make it past the quarterfinals, what with some tricky opponents in her draw path. Elisabetta Cocciaretto, for instance could get the better of the Chinese player.
Sorribes Tormo is one to watch on this surface, and with Camila Osorio having exhibited what she is capable of too, we could be looking at a final between these two players.
