Consistent Griekspoor Coming off Dubai Semis
Tallon Griekspoor has featured in five tournaments so far this season and other than a first round loss at the Australian Open – which was his first appearance of the year – he has won at least a round at each one of them.
More recently, Griekspoor shocked Ugo Humbert (3/10 favourite) and Daniil Medvedev (1/4 favourite) in back to back matches at the ATP Dubai to make it as far as the semifinals.
While the eventual winner Stefanos Tsitsipas stalled his progress there, Griekspoor’s overall performance has improved as the season has gone along.
