Get all the free ATP Santiago Open betting tips, predictions and picks along with their latest odds for the 2025 edition of the tournament which will be held in the last week of February.
Also called the Chile Open, this competition is a part of the ATP 250 series and was first held in the 1930s. Over time when the ATP was formed, one of the Latin American tournaments that was kept in the continent was the Santiago Open which then held its maiden tournament in 1993.
This competition used to be held towards the end of the tennis calendar before the switch to February happened in 2000.
Lack of finances became a bit issue for the Santiago Open and it was shut down in 2015, before making its return in 2020. It has been held every year since then.
Some of the top players who have featured in this tournament over the years include Mats Wilander, Jim Courier, Marcelo Ríos, Carlos Moyá, Gustavo Kuerten, Sergi Bruguera, David Nalbandian, Gastón Gaudio, David Ferrer and last, but definitely not the least, Rafael Nadal.

What Happened in the 2024 Edition of the ATP Santiago Open?
Sebastian Baez added another title to his list of ATP tournament wins – the sixth of his career after wins at Estoril, Cordoba, Austrian Open, Winston-Salem and Rio – when he overcame Alejandro Tabilo in the final.
The Argentine grabbed the win after coming back from a set down, clinching it 3-6, 6-0, 6-4 to lift the trophy.
Baez, who was the second seed coming into the tournament, took three sets to overcome Juan Pablo Varillas in the second round after getting an opening bye. He defeated Jaume Munar in the quarterfinals before easing past Pedro Martinez to set up a final meeting with Tabilo.
Tabilo had earlier had wins over Marcelo Barrios Vera, Luciano Darderi and Corentin Moutet to make it to the title-decider.
